Hey People!
Here to blog again!Today school was kinda slack & had the career day talk for the whole of school day today!Attended the SAJC talk first followed by Temasek Polytechnic talk!
Recess...
After recess attended the presentation for Career in Accounting by Mr John Teo,an old boy,alumni,of our school!Was great attending the presentation coz' he told us other ways to get a Professional Degree if 'O' levels cannot make it?!He also told us the starting pay for a poly & university graduate & was quite high eh!(:
After that didn't want to go for the next presentation coz' none of them i like at all but end up going for the Career in Computing by Mr Vincent Lim Shuh Moh the presentation & sit for like 5 minutes & ended liao!-.- But got free gifts & was the stress ball for us!Shall upload the picture perhaps another time once i have taken a picture of it!
Next up,went for the presentation on Career in Marketing/Sales by Mr William Lim & was rather fun as he was another old boy & alumni of our school!He started off with his past life in St Andrew's Secondary & he told us a secret that he had never pass any of his exams in his whole of secondary school life & he had the evidence for us & Mrs Julia Huang used to be his teacher!lol xD!Was rather fun attending his talk & had a real good time!
Finally was the last presentation & i went for the Career in Engineering by Mr Eric Au talk & was really bored & i swear i will never get into engineering in Temasek Polytechnic coz' the way he speak will make us fail our english & never ever get distinction at all!Don't believe me ask Shaun!Till the last minute me & Shaun finally can't stand the darn air-con for we have been in air-con rooms for hours?!I took out my jacket & shared with him,kind eh?!(:
After that went back to class for about 15 minutes than go home & now back here blogging!
