I'm in a bad mood & low spirits?
So for the next 1-2 days don't ever disturb me?
Today was the 'B' Division Rugby Finals,Police Cup 2008.After school went down to Bishan Junction 8 to meet Daniel,Matthew,Alfred & Co from Raffles Institution & had lunch before going for the Finals at Padang(Raffles Place).When reached there was really crowded,we headed to the Raffles Institution Rugby Team & was chatting with the coach as i haven't met him for about 3 years?Just for your information if you do not know,i used to be trained under RI coach for rugby & therefore i have good relationship ties with RI.
The Finals was between Anglo-Chinese School(Independant) vs Raffles Institution!
The match kicked off & ACS(I) was given a penalty,they converted the penalty & the score was 3:0.RI ruggers reacted swiftly & was awarded a penalty with the score 3:3.After some time,RI was given another penalty & was converted with the score 3:6.The first-half ended with ACS(I) 3 : 6 RI.From what you noticed,the first-half was all the penalties.
10 minutes break & re-shuffling of team strategy!
The second-half started & ACS(I) scored a try & was converted,with a score of 10:6.RI reacted swiftly once again & minutes later they managed to breakthrough ACS(I) defence & scored a try,however was not converted,with a score 10:11.Now came the crucial moment with a few minutes left to the end of the match & which school wanted the Title even more?Sad to say ACS(I) managed to score a try & was not converted,with a score of 15:11.The whistle went off & ACS(I) defended their Title once again.
It's really disappointing that RI was on the verge on winning,however,they did not defend as a team & somehow let ACS(I) breakthrough that let them scored a try.Well, i was hoping that RI could win but the results was disappointing.If they were to focus on defend for the last few minutes,the Title could have been theirs'.
After the match,went to Sengkang for tuition & went home after that.
